Ingredients:

  • 3 medium peppers, red, orange and yellow
  • 2 cups raw spinach leaves
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

Sauté all the peppers and garlic powder in olive oil until just before the peppers are cooked to your liking.  Add the spinach and sauté until everything is cooked to your preference.  Enjoy!
